I had a knee replacement on the 10th of October. In to Spire on the Wednesday, out on the Friday. Excellent treatment and very professional, friendly and reassuring care. Mr Kalairajah was excellent before, during and after the operation. He explained everything in detail and answered all the questions my husband and I asked. Nothing was ever too much bother. My recovery has been remarkable. The scar is barely visible. I am now looking forward - really, honestly! - to having the other knee done in a few months. Lena Hill

Mr Yegi Kalairajah was very attentive throughout..and hopefully will discharge me today ( fingers crossed ) amusing and professional during my time in hospital. My worst fear was not being knocked out for the knee replacement, but it was surreal to be able to talk to the staff and Mr Y whilst he was sawing and hammering away!. He even found time to visit me on saturday morning prior to my discharge from hospital, so it will be interesting to see his response to my knee when he inspects his workmanship. Actually between you and me it looks pretty good, the scar his barely visible.

I absolutely adore and trust Mr Kalirajah, he has been my knee doctor for years and has seen more through some very uncomfortable times through to knee surgery. I would recommend him to anymore, his manner from 1 to 1 and before and after my surgery was fantastic. I have also spoken to other patients of his and they have put him in high regard.

I had a replacement knee operation 7 weeks ago. A ll went well except I was very sick with the morphine they gave me afterwards. Now recovered and have been well looked after by Mr Kalairajah. Sarah Hickson
